  19. Dial USR's Support BBS at 1-847-982-5092 .  After logging in with your
  20. real name and reaching the main command prompt, enter the word TRADEIN
  21. and press <enter>  The system will guide you from there.  Cost for a
  22. brand spanking new V.Everything Courier is $249 plus your old modem in
  23. trade.  Be prepared to wait.  Folks report variable delays in order
  24. fulfillment, some as long as 8-10 weeks, others in 3-5 weeks.  Patience
  25. seems to be a virtue.  Recommended payment method:  Credit Card.
